1. Purpose and Scope of the Commitment
1.1 Purpose
The Company is committed to providing students with high-quality CSCA and HSK preparation teaching services. To demonstrate confidence in the quality of its teaching and to encourage students to complete the full course diligently, the Company establishes this Study Guarantee: eligible students who fail to reach the agreed learning goals at the end of the course are entitled to a free re-study opportunity.
1.2 Scope
This commitment applies only to students who enroll in the complete 12-month CSCA + HSK preparation course offered by the Company on or after September 1, 2026. Other courses, short-term training, single-subject tutoring, or additional services provided by the Company are not covered by this commitment.
2. Content of the Commitment
If a student enrolls in the complete 12-month CSCA + HSK preparation course and satisfies all eligibility conditions set out in Article 4 of this Statement, yet fails to reach the learning goals set out in Article 3 by the end of the 12-month course period, the Company will continue to provide the student with access to the course materials and course content for the relevant subject(s) at no additional tuition, until the student reaches the learning goal for that subject or until the extension period expires, whichever occurs first.
3. Trigger Conditions
If, at the end of the 12-month course period, a student's score in any of the following subjects has not reached the agreed threshold, the free re-study mechanism for that subject shall be triggered:
3.1 HSK Score Condition
In the official HSK examination taken by the student within the final month before the end of the course, the score does not reach the level above HSK Level 3, i.e., the HSK level is equal to or lower than Level 3 (HSK ≤ Level 3).
3.2 CSCA Score Condition
In the official CSCA examination taken by the student within the final month before the end of the course, the score is below 60 points, i.e., the CSCA score is equal to or lower than 60 (CSCA ≤ 60).
3.3 Trigger Rules
- HSK and CSCA are assessed independently. If either subject fails to reach the threshold above, free re-study for that subject is triggered; if the other subject has reached the threshold, re-study service for that subject will not be provided.
- If both subjects fail to reach the thresholds, free re-study for both subjects is triggered simultaneously.
- Students must rely on the official score report issued by the official examination authority as the basis for score assessment.
4. Eligibility Requirements
A student must satisfy all of the following conditions simultaneously in order to be eligible for free re-study:
- Attend the complete 12-month course in full from the first day of the course, without joining midway, transferring to another course, or taking only part of the course.
- Maintain an actual attendance rate of no less than 80% throughout the course period. The attendance rate shall be determined by the Company's course check-in system records.
- Complete all assigned homework, mock tests, and progress checkpoints on time, with complete and verifiable submission records.
- Register for and take the official HSK examination and the official CSCA examination at the student's own expense within the final month before the end of the course.
- Remain enrolled and in good standing throughout the course period, without withdrawing, being suspended or disqualified for violating school rules, or having unresolved payment issues.
5. What Free Re-study Includes
- Continued access to the online courses, recorded courses, and online tutoring courses of the subject(s) not passed. For example, if only HSK is not passed, access is provided only to the HSK-related courses; if only CSCA is not passed, access is provided only to the CSCA-related courses.
- Continued access to the course materials and learning resources corresponding to the subject(s) not passed.
- The extension period does not include one-on-one tutoring time; only access to group courses, online courses, and recorded courses is provided.
6. What Free Re-study Does NOT Include
The following fees and services are not covered by the free re-study commitment, and the student shall bear them alone:
- Official examination registration fees. HSK and CSCA examination fees are set and collected by the examination authorities and are not within the scope of the Company's charges; students must pay separately for each examination they take.
- The purchase cost of course textbooks, books, and third-party learning resources.
- Travel, accommodation, or visa-related expenses required to take the examinations.
- Tuition fees already paid are non-refundable. This commitment provides an opportunity to continue learning, not a cash refund, partial refund, or an offset against other service fees (such as study-abroad consulting or employment placement services).
7. Exclusions
If any of the following circumstances occurs, this commitment shall automatically lapse and the Company shall not bear any free re-study responsibility:
- The student fails to meet the attendance rate or homework completion conditions stipulated in Article 4 of this Statement.
- The student fails to take the official HSK examination or the official CSCA examination within the final month before the end of the course.
- The student withdraws from the course, transfers to another course, or is suspended or disqualified for violating school rules during the course period.
- The student's Chinese proficiency level was misrepresented at the time of enrollment (for example, claiming to be a complete beginner while actually already holding an HSK certification).
- The student provides false examination scores, attendance records, or other supporting materials.
- This commitment does not establish an exception-handling process for illness or emergencies. If a student is unable to continue studying due to illness or other emergencies, the matter shall be handled in accordance with the general course management regulations of Tiancheng Wanbang Culture Consulting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., and the extension or waiver provisions of this commitment shall not apply.
8. Claim Procedures
- The student (or the guardian on behalf of a minor student) must contact the Company by email / WhatsApp within 30 days of receiving the official HSK and CSCA score reports to apply for free re-study.
- The application must include the official score reports, proof of identity, and any other relevant materials required by the Company.
- Within [10] business days of receiving the complete application materials, the Company will verify the student's attendance records, homework completion, and other eligibility conditions, and confirm in writing whether the student qualifies for free re-study.
- For students confirmed as eligible, the Company will activate access to the relevant course content within [10] business days of confirmation and notify them in writing of the start and end dates of the extension period.
9. General Provisions
9.1 Exclusivity of the Commitment
This commitment applies only to the 12-month CSCA + HSK preparation course and does not apply to any other course or service provided by the Company. This commitment is the sole study guarantee a student may claim with respect to this course and does not stack with any other offers, discounts, or service promises.
9.2 Updates to the Terms
The Company reserves the right to update the terms of this Statement in accordance with business development and legal requirements. Any update applies only to students who enroll after the update takes effect; the terms in effect at the time a student enrolls shall govern that student's entire study guarantee cycle and shall not be affected by subsequent updates.

The formation, validity, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of this Statement shall be governed by the laws of the place of jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from this commitment shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties; if negotiation fails, either party may bring legal proceedings before the competent people's court.

The English version and local-language versions such as Indonesian, Thai, and Vietnamese shall be provided separately after legal review and are for reference only; in the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
